Warranty, Shipping and Return Policy

PROCESSING

 

Welcome to the world of Cheetah Stories, where luxury meets craftsmanship.  

 

For in-stock items, Cheetah Stories SA (hereinafter Cheetah Stories or we) aim to process your order swiftly within 1-3 business days.  If your heart is set on a made-to-order or an item not currently in stock, fear not! Our artisans will lovingly handcraft your treasure, with production starting after confirmation of your purchase.  

 

Please allow around 6 to 8 weeks for these unique pieces to be created just for you. 

 

SHIPPING

Within Switzerland and the European Union and EFTA

Enjoy the luxury of complimentary economy shipping within Switzerland and the EU. We will be whisking your purchase to your doorstep in just 5 working days after processing.  

Look out for our shipping confirmation email, complete with tracking details, to keep you in the loop every step of the way. 

 

International Shipping 

Cheetah Stories SA currently ships goods to Switzerland, the European Union and Internationally, except for Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Sudan, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Afghanistan, Myanmar, Central African Republic, Ethiopia, Nicaragua, Mali, South Sudan, Somalia, Yemen, Venezuela, Belarus, Israel and the Occupied Palestinian Territories and internationally contested territories. Depending on the limitations of our logistics provider other countries may be excluded, if that concerns you, we will inform you in due time and fully reimburse you.

Unfortunately, we do not cover the shipping costs for international shipping. These costs will be added to the final price of your purchase. We will send your purchase to you within 10 working days after processing. Please note, that your purchase, might be held at customs for a few days, we do not have any authority over this. Look out for our shipping confirmation email, complete with tracking details, to keep you in the loop every step of the way.

  

DELIVERY 

We understand the anticipation of awaiting your treasure, and we're here to help if there are any delays. Get in touch with our Chief Happiness Officer through our Contact Form or drop us a line at standtall@cheetah-stories.com.  Don't forget to include your order number so we can assist you promptly. 

 

DUTIES, CUSTOMS, AND TAXES:

All prices listed in the Cheetah Stories SA Online Shop are Swiss Francs and include the statutory VAT at the legally prescribed rate for Switzerland and the EU. For all other countries, we do not charge VAT, you will receive a separate invoice for your VAT payment from your government.

Cheetah Stories ships from Switzerland and the European Union; therefore, no customs duties apply to purchases delivered within Switzerland and the European Union.

Customs duties are charged separately on purchases delivered outside Switzerland and the European Union and are borne by the customer. These can be calculated using the following online tool using HS code 6402.99.3165.

LIABILITY & PROTECTION:  

 

While we entrust your package to reliable couriers, please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items once they're in transit.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is our priority!  

For in-stock items, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to try on your Cheelettos in the comfort of your home, return them for a full refund, or exchange them if they don’t fit.  Please note that you will not receive a cash refund for made-to-order items; you will only receive store credit if you return them within 14 days.  

To initiate a return or exchange, ensure your Cheelettos meet the following conditions: 

  • No damages, blemishes, or stains on the product. 

  • The protective film on the sole has not been removed and remains intact (please try your Cheelettos on a carpet or towel to ensure the sole is not damaged). 

  • The high heels are returned in their original package. The shoe box is undamaged, containing the shoe bag and fully equipped vanity kit (including two heel caps and a spare leather swatch). 

Simply fill out our return&exchange form within the specified timeframe and return the goods in the original packaging using the same shipping carton and return label you received.  

Please note that we retain the right to withhold a refund/exchange request if the return does not adhere to our return policy. 

If your refund or exchange is approved, rest assured that it will be swiftly processed. The product will be exchanged, or you will receive a voucher for store credit.  

 

RETURN SHIPPING 

 

In Switzerland and the European Union, returns are on us! For international returns, kindly bear the shipping costs, and don't forget to obtain proof of postage for added security. If you're exchanging an item, you'll also be responsible for the shipping fee on the new item. 

 

WARRANTY 

  

We take immense pride in crafting each Cheeletto from premium materials, ensuring unparalleled quality and durability. However, in the unlikely event of a production flaw, we're here to make it right. 

Conditions for Warranty Service:

For Cheetah Stories to acknowledge a quality defect, you must demonstrate that:  

  • The product does not match the product description,  

  • It exhibits different characteristics than the model advertised,  

  • It is not fit for its intended purpose,  

  • It does not exhibit normal quality and performance for products of the same type, and 

  • It was not manufactured properly. 

 

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

We are sure you understand that our warranty does not extend to the following situations:  

  • Defects and damage resulting from loss, theft, fire, water, or natural disasters.  

  • Malfunction or damage caused by unsuitable use, carelessness (such as knocks, crushing, denting, or blemishes on the heel), or accidents.  

  • Defects and damage resulting from normal wear and tear. 

 

Claims Process

If you believe your Cheelettos qualify for warranty service, simply fill out our return&exchange form.  

Please include: 

  • Proof of purchase (order number) 

  • Clear images of the product presenting the quality issue(s) 

  • Picture of the folding tag on the shoebox 

 

Approval and Resolution:

 

Upon review of your claim, if the defective product meets our warranty criteria, you will be promptly notified.

You'll then have the option to exchange the product for another pair or receive a full refund. We will also inform you whether you can keep the product or need to send it back. In that case, the shipping cost is on us, of course.

In the event that the product is no longer available, alternative options will be provided.

 

Limitations

Cheetah Stories reserves the right to reject warranty claims if the information provided is incomplete or illegible. Rest assured, our warranty is designed to protect your investment and ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
