Returning an Order

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with your purchase. Please consult our full return and warranty policy for any questions you may have, or get in touch with us. We are here to help.

Are you returning your purchase because your Cheelettos don’t fit, or are you unhappy with your choice?

For in-stock items, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to try on your Cheelettos and view other items you purchased in the comfort of your home and return them for a full refund or exchange if they don’t fit. Please note that you will not receive a cash refund for made-to-order items; you will only receive store credit if you return them within 14 days.

In Switzerland and EU, returns are on us! For international returns, kindly bear the shipping costs and don't forget to obtain proof of postage for added security. If you're exchanging an item, you'll also be responsible for the shipping fee on the new item.

To initiate a return or exchange, please ensure your Cheelettos and other purchased items meet the following conditions:

  • No damages, blemishes, or stains on the product.

  • The protective film on the sole of the Cheelettos has not been removed and remains intact (please try your Cheelettos on a carpet or towel to ensure the sole is not damaged).

  • All itmes are returned in their original package. The shoe box is undamaged, containing the shoe bag and fully equipped vanity kit (including two heel caps and a spare leather swatch).

Are you returning your purchased items because of a production flaw or delivery of the wrong product?

If you are returning your Cheelettos and other purchased items because of a production flaw or delivery of the wrong product, we’re here to make it right.

We will reimburse you as soon as our team has verified your claim. Once your claim is approved, our team will tell you whether you should return the product or keep it. Of course, we will bear the shipping costs in such an event.

To have your claim approved, please make sure to send us detailed pictures of the flaw and a clear description so we can verify your claim as swiftly as possible.
